As recently reported on this blog, the once-famous culinary scene in the Kyrgyz town of Osh has been struggling to live up to its former glory after the ethnic riots of 2010. Registan's Joshu Foust recently visited the city and filed an initial report from there, including some interesting information about a new spot serving a local version of fajitas.
