President Berdymukhamedov Met with Managers of German RWE
President Berdymukhamedov received RWE AG Concern Director General, Peter Terium, and Chairman of RWE Dea AG Board, Thomas Rappuhn. The head of state and the German businessmen discussed cooperation in the fuel and energy sector, and specifically developing the hydrocarbon resources of the Caspian Sea.

President Berdymukhamedov Received Representatives of French Construction Company
President Berdymukhamedov received the President and CEO of the French company Vinci Construction Grands Projets, Alain Bonneau, and a manager of the company’s branch in Turkmenistan, Charles Santier. Alain Bonneau informed the President of Turkmenistan of the progress of construction of new governmental headquarters in Ashgabat and presented him a number of new projects for his consideration, including a complex of fountains, to be built in the Turkmen capital. The heads of the French company said they are ready to implement more joint projects and expand cooperation.

Turkmenistan, French CIFAL discuss prospects of cooperation
President Berdymukhamedov received Director General of the French company CIFAL, Gilles Remy, who said that his company is interested in expanding its presence on the Turkmen market and will do everything possible for the successful implementation of the joint projects in Turkmenistan. CIFAL has been operating in Turkmenistan for about 20 years in such areas as the fuel and energy sector, industrial and civil construction, communications, electronics, consulting and expert services.

President Berdymukhamedov Received Japanese Businessmen
President Berdymukhamedov received the Chairman of the Department of Industrial and Infrastructural Projects of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd., Eiji Inoue, Associate Director and Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Sales of the company, Kenichi Noguchi, and the General Director of the Sojitz Corporation branch in Turkmenistan, Tatsuya Kono. The President and Japanese businessmen discussed possibilities of constructing industrial facilities for processing raw materials in Turkmenistan. The heads of the Japanese companies reported on the progress of constructing a carbamide plant in Mary.
